The BigCommerce integration has been restored on the BigCommerce store so you can now integrate your BigCommerce transactions with Keap to trigger immediate follow-up.  Learn more.

Outlook Sync discontinued

The Outlook Sync Plugin will no longer function for anyone who is currently using the plugin. This plugin has already been removed from the Keap Marketplace and is no longer available to install for new users. It will also cease to sync contact data.  Learn more.

Bug fixes

  • Product Specific Purchase Actions were not triggering on CC Charge Now payments added after the initial payment.

  • Failed orders were resetting the count of failed attempts after a credit card update even when "Reset failed autocharge attempt counters when Credit Card changes?" is set to "no"
